Pranic Energy Healing treatments are offered by Alex at The Fool (or online) every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11 to 16. She studied and practiced the discipline with a certified instructor and mentor of The Institute for Inner Sciences (Vienna) from 2022 to 2025, achieving Pranic Energy Healing certificates of Level 1, 2 and 3, plus the “Advanced Scanning” and “Brain Power Workout” training. Prana is the Sanskrit word for life force. It is called ‘Chi’ in China and ‘Ki’ in Japan. Pranic Energy Healing is a system of natural healing techniques that uses prana to treat both physical and psychological ailments. It is a synthesis of ancient, esoteric healing methods from India, China and Tibet, that have been researched and tested over decades with proven success by the founder of modern Pranic Healing, Master Choa Kok Sui. How does it work? Pranic Energy Healing corrects imbalances in the body’s energy field and transfers life force. Trained Pranic Healers access and transmit universal energy using specific frequencies and techniques for specific diseases and conditions, without touching the physical body. Pranic Energy Healing is a three step process that substantially accelerates the body’s innate ability to heal at all levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Checking – Scanning for energy abnormalities Cleansing – Removing energy abnormalities: used to remove dirty or diseased energy in the body and to eradicate blockages in the energy channels Replenishing and revitalizing with life force- Energizing: the transference of fresh ‘prana’ or life energy to the body and is applied once the cleansing process is completed. The healing process of an individual is accelerated by increasing the prana life force in them which is readily available from the sun, air and earth. Preparation infos: - Best results can be reached if you get a bath or shower before the treatment, dissolving salt in the water or simply using it as a scrub. - When you receive the treatment you will be requested to remove your shoes and, if you can, any removable metal and stone objects you may have on the body (like watch, hair clips, jewellery, pins, decorations on clothing). If you have medical dispositives or piercings you cannot remove, please just inform the operator about their position. - First minutes of the session will be used to communicate with the operator, who will ask you to be informed about your emotional, mental, or physical difficulties. The aim is to understand what has brought you to receive the treatment; what you want to improve, heal, or change. The operator will keep your information confidential.
