Belief systems are the actual set of perceptions from which we live our daily life, those that govern your thoughts, words, and actions.

Healthy cords create a nurturing sharing of information and energy. Unhealthy cords can be a huge drain or a means of limitations.

Every time we transition into a new stage of our lives, we are requested to let go of what once we believed was needed and valuable, trusting in the void that is created and flowing into a new state of existence.

During this Journey you will be guided through a group hypnosis with the help of metaphor therapy to discover a main limiting belief system, understand how it has served you for so long and eventually release it through an inner energetic cord cutting ritual.
