The intention of this study group is for all participants to come and learn together\, sharing their knowledge\, perspective\, and experience with each other. \n\n\n\nThere is no teacher\, but rather a loose format that will be used to facilitate discussion and practice for all.  \n\n\n\nDuring the first meeting\, participants will brainstorm on different ways they would like to use the time of the study group\, and from this brainstorming\, a schedule will be made for the first set of meetings. Once the schedule is set\, willing participants will volunteer to help facilitate one of the six meetings. Those facilitating a meeting\, will then meet together and discuss what they would like to do during that time with the group to help facilitate group discussion and practice around that topic. \n\n\n\nFacilitating a meeting does not mean being the teacher: facilitators rather help the group by managing group discussions\, practices\, and time management for the group. It’s more like you are helping the group to stick together as you all study together.
