DESCRIPTION:VOICE SUBJECT with Luca Atzori\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThe workshop is aimed at all those who intend\, for artistic or personal and professional reasons\, to study the voice by going into its techniques\, physiology\, and performative use.Therefore\, the whole aspect related to breathing will be explored\, thus the knowledge of the costodiaphragmatic apparatus. We will discover what the diaphragm is and what its action is\, how to use costal muscles\, the auxiliary respiratory muscles. Exercises borrowed from yoga and alexander method will be associated (for side use as I am not an instructor of these subjects) as well as various facial and vocal warm-up exercises that will be taught from time to time.We will find out what a vocalization is\, and how it goes with the breath. We will then explore the larynx and the action of its muscles in the various registers. From the vocalizations we will understand what sympathetic vibration is. “Voice object” is a term borrowed from psychoanalysis. The voice\, part of the body that becomes object. \n\n\n\nLuca Atzori:Author\, actor\, singer-songwriter. Founding member of Mad Pride in Turin (a movement defending the rights of people with mental disorders). Started as the voice of the music group Hidre Intime\, which won the Torino Sotterranea award in 2008. He studied philosophy at the University of Turin and acting with several teachers: Marco Viecca\, Piero Ferrero\, Valentina Veratrini\, Anton Milenin\, Riccardo Lombardo\, and at the Turin Social Theater School. Author of the following books: “The Aberrants” (Anankelab). “Theorem of Stupidity” (Ensemble) “Gospel of the Infamous” (Heretic Editions)\, “A Man with Broken Eyes” (Rhizomes).
