On 31.10.2022 we cordially invite you to the Ritual Evening of Halloween.
This is the Night of the Dead, a feast day celebrated equally in many places around the world.
It is the night of Papa Ghede, the Loa of the graveyards. Many know him with his skull and top hat.
Ignatius Kal, as an initiated voodoo practitioner, presents us a ritual to transform and honor the deceased.
Papa Ghede is associated in voodoo with death, sexuality, and humor, and we will invite him into our midst in person.
After a round of introductions, we will playfully invoke the great spirit of death and ask him for wisdom and strength for our lives.
There will be dancing, eating and drinking.
This ritual is the second in a series of three evenings dedicated to the Saturnian spectrum of magic. Part one was dedicated to the Goddess Kali, part two is for Papa Ghede, and part three will be a Saturn ritual on Dec. 21, 2022 as the conclusion of the series.
All rituals are part of the Saghori Cosmos, a spiritual path that understands the Saturnian and dark aspects as a path to the light.
