SHAMANIC JOURNEY TO YOUR SPIRITUAL PARTY ANIMAL

This session explores shamanic journeying as a practical technology for altered perception and inner orientation. Moving between ancient trance practices and contemporary subculture, the experience combines rhythm, sound, and guided imagination to open a threshold space for inner exploration.

Participants encounter their Spiritual Party Animal as an archetypal guide, a symbolic figure connected to instinct, vitality, and orientation, and learn how to consciously invite this presence into movement and everyday life. Rather than belief or interpretation, the focus lies on direct experience, exploration, and integration.

The evening includes an introduction to the neuroscience of shamanic states of consciousness, cosmological orientation, the guided journey itself, and an integration space, accompanied by live drumming and gentle guidance throughout.
